What is your MOQ?
Standard OEM (logo + packaging on existing models) starts from 100 units. Full ODM development (custom ID/hardware/UI) typically starts from 1,000 units depending on scope. Sample orders of 1–5 units are welcome for evaluation.
What are typical lead times?
Samples: 3–7 days. OEM production: 15–25 days after deposit and confirmation. ODM with new tooling: 45–60 days depending on design complexity.
What customization options are available?
Logo (laser / print / molded), colorways and materials, branded companion app, custom watch faces and UI, retail packaging, manuals in your language, and firmware feature customization for ODM projects.
Which certifications do your products have?
CE, FCC and RoHS as standard. For medical-oriented projects we provide documentation support for destination-market conformity pathways.
How do I request samples?
Send an inquiry through this page or WhatsApp with your target product and use case. Sample fees are refunded or credited against your first bulk order, depending on the program.
What are your payment and shipping terms?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment) is standard; L/C and Trade Assurance via our Alibaba storefront are available. We ship DHL/FedEx/UPS air freight and sea freight under FOB / EXW / DDP terms.
