Russian home-care service — caregiver assisting an elderly patient with a vital-signs wearable

Project Background

The client builds home-care services around continuous vital-signs observation. Their specification demanded a wearable that non-technical caregivers could deploy at home, with Russian-language interfaces, long battery life and readings reliable enough for triage decisions.

Our Solution

Aiullain ran a custom ODM development: sensor selection was re-validated against the client's accuracy requirements, firmware was localized for Russian, and the companion app was rebuilt around a simplified caregiver workflow. We managed pilot production of 500 units with burn-in testing before full release.

Deliverables

  • Custom firmware and Russian localization
  • Caregiver-focused mobile app redesign
  • Pilot production batch with burn-in screening
  • Spare-parts and maintenance program

Client Value

The platform passed the client's field validation and scaled to their full service territory. Battery life in real-world use exceeded the 7-day requirement, reducing caregiver maintenance visits substantially.

“Aiullain treated our accuracy requirements as engineering targets, not marketing claims. That rigor is why we continue to work with them.”— CTO, Client Medical Company (testimonial placeholder, to be replaced with approved client material)
